Privacy Policy
Consta ("we", "our", or "us") is an Android app for a daily to-do list and alarms. To-dos and alarms are stored on your device. This policy explains what the app does with information.
1. Information on your device
To-dos and alarms are saved in a local database on the phone. The app does not create an account, and it does not upload that list or those alarms to a server.
Uninstalling the app removes that local data from the device.
2. Permissions
Consta may ask for Android permissions so alarms and reminders can fire:
- Notifications: to show a to-do reminder and a ringing alarm.
- Exact alarms: to ring at the time you set.
- Full-screen intent: to open the alarm over the lock screen.
- Battery optimization exemption: so the alarm is less likely to be delayed.
3. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. The current app does not send your to-dos or alarms to us. We may still disclose information if a future version collects it and the law requires disclosure, or to protect safety.
4. Your choices
- Delete a to-do or an alarm inside the app.
- Revoke permissions in Android Settings. Alarms may stop working if you do.
- Uninstall the app to remove the local database.
5. Children's Privacy
Consta is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us so we can promptly delete it.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated policy in the app or on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Consta after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
