Welcome to Consta. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Consta mobile application ("Service"). By downloading, installing, or using Consta, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Description of Service
Consta is an Android app for a daily to-do list and alarms. To-dos and alarms are stored on the device. The Service does not include an account, a subscription, or a remote dashboard.
2. Acceptable Use
By using Consta, you agree to:
- Use alarms for personal reminders, not as your only alarm for something critical.
- Not use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.
- Not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except where the law allows it.
3. Alarms
By setting an alarm, you agree that:
- A ringing alarm stays up until the on-screen challenge is finished.
- You should not rely on Consta as your only alarm for critical appointments.
- Android may delay an alarm if notifications, exact alarms, or battery settings are restricted.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
Consta is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.
Do not rely on Consta for medical, safety-critical, or emergency communication. Alarms are reminders, not safety or emergency devices. In case of emergency, use your device's native emergency features or contact emergency services directly.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Consta and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, missed appointments, or device malfunction, arising from your use of the Service.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and branding associated with Consta are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our written permission.
7. Privacy
Your use of Consta is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Modifications to Terms

You may stop using Consta at any time by uninstalling the app. We may discontinue the Service.
